The Alpha

Flat Plate Collectors

The flat plate collectors. As with all Sole S.A Collectors there are no rivets or screws to join the frame. Sole S.A use a patent design press system which prevents electrolysis between two different metals. Flat plate collectors are manufactured in accordance to the requirements with a choice of, None selective (Panel), Selective (Wasco) and Tinox (Climasol). The Tinox is rated as one of the most efficient collectors in the world, producing more energy than vacuum tube collectors when Ambient temperatures are above 10Deg C. Sole installed the second largest solar collector field in the world using the Climasol Tinox collector.

SunStar Swimming Pool Collectors

Climasol Solar Air Conditioning

Climasol Solar Air Conditioning systems designed and manufactured by Sole S.A . Sole Are the only company to design a system using flat plate collectors. To enable this Sole S.A Designed and manufacture a low energy Absorption chiller unit. Conventional Absorption Chillers require a supply temperature of 90 Deg C or steam, but the Climasol Absorption Chiller will run with a supply temperature as low as 45 Deg C. We need less energy to produce cooling. Sole S.A designed, manufactured and installed the largest solar air-conditioning plant in the world in 1999.
